This site is run by Bernhard Mueller (Pragma Research). Questions about your data go to info@floatingpragma.ai.

Measurement. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and Google Ads to measure which ads lead to visits and messages. Both set cookies and send Google your browser details, the pages you open and an approximate location. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland these tags stay off until you accept them. Google's own terms describe how it handles the data: policies.google.com/privacy.

Forms. The join and investors forms send your message by email to Bernhard Mueller through the email service Resend. The site keeps no copy and there is no mailing list. Your email address is used only to reply to you.

Google API access. Pragma Research uses the Google Ads API through a private Google Cloud app to manage its own advertising accounts. Only Bernhard Mueller uses the app. It reads and changes campaign settings and reports in those accounts, keeps its access token on his own computer, and shares no data obtained through Google APIs with anyone. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
