A moving sun supplies energy while total mass stays fixed. Each creature pays for movement, brain patches and the work of settling them.
The simulation implements Cadence's patch rule in JavaScript. Recursive observers read states and exact prediction errors in a coupled settlement. Within a life, learning adjusts relations from action consequences. Across generations, mutation changes the inherited layout.
Use the three views to move between the physical world, collective observation and an individual creature's beliefs. The published source includes deterministic probes and two 6,000-tick runs with mass conservation checks.
